Frequently asked questions to the hotel

By car:

It only takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel from Frankfurt Airport FRA. Start at the airport and access the federal highway B43 after 3 km. Take the exit towards the A3 motorway at the roundabout. Continue on the motorway and exit towards the federal highway B44. From the B44, turn ito Carl-Ullrich-Straße. The street leads into Friedhofstraße. Continue on Friedhofstraße and turn left into Herzogstraße at the crossing. Follow the road until you reach the hotel.

Using public transport:

The X17 and X19 busses depart from Frankfurt Airport every 30 minutes. Take one of the options for approx. 30 minutes until the stop “Herzogstraße” in Neu-Isenburg. From here, walk 200 m in northern direction to reach the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg.

Using the EHM Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg shuttle service:

From the A5 motorway, change to the A3 A3 in the direction of München/ Offenbach at Frankfurt junction. After 9 km, you will reach Offenbach junction. Take the exit to the federal highway BAB 661 in the direction of Neu-Isenburg. After 2 km, take exit 18 for Neu-Isenburg and continue on the left lane on “Friedhofstraße.” After 1.2 km, turn right onto “Herzogstraße.” The hotel is located on the left after approx. 200 m.

On the “Bundestraße B44” [main road], you can reach Frankfurt’s main train station in approx. 15 minutes by car. Alternatively you can take the 651 bus to Neu-Isenburg train station and get on the suburban train to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof [main train station]. The journey takes approx. 30 min by public transport.

You can use our on-site car park for € 14.00 per day.

Your hotel room is available for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
